I also take collagen in this brand to support the discs in my back, so these tablets help my skin and my back. I think looking after your skin from the inside is as important as looking after it from the outside, hence I like to take a supplement to help me fight off middle age! I generally keep my nails short as before they've always split, but I'm going to try growing them a bit and see if these help.
