We love her mattress and felt confident in our purchase. When the mattress arrived it did not look like the above picture and had a different name. It was not a Jubilee Sleep Harmony but a Glideaway TruGel Youth mattress. I was a bit disappointed as we don’t know much about this brand of mattress. After an email to the seller they promptly got in touch with the manufacturer and replied within an hour to let us know that the manufacturer had in fact replaced the jubilee mattress with this new version. I am now reassured and happy to try this mattress, I am hopeful it will be just as amazing as the jubilee we know and love. The customer service of the seller was amazing and so very much appreciated as i was not looking forward to trying to figure out how to get this thing back in a box to return it 😂! We look forward to many years of comfortable and cooler sleep with this new mattress!
