Works ok

This has really helped with falling asleep. I have recently faced issues with raised anxiety and panic attacks at night but since taking these supplements I can feel the calming affect within an hour after taking which helps me fall and stay asleep. The one negative is that the pills smell awful, like dirty stinky feet, I take them as soon as I get them out of the bottle to try to avoid the smell as much as possible.

Found this product was very helpful for falling asleep but not helping me sleep thru the night ..woke up after 4 hours and unable to fall back to sleep. Also price is quite a bit higher than other places

Helps relax and sleep, as described. It has an odor/smell, but it’s not an unpleasant one to me. I’ve been taking this for years & plan to keep using!

It might be a good sleep aid. But getting up which i did 5 times to urniate defeats its purpose. The ingredient are diruetic. Which make to urniate more often.

This sleep formula works very well for me. After experiencing a little grogginess in the morning, I started opening the capsule and discarding 1/3 of the contents. It’s a waste but maybe in the future I will need to go to the full dose.

Waste of money, bad smell not effective at all

Sleep Relax is the formula I've used for decades. I've been a lifelong insomniac. I was also a herbalist and ran a holistic clinic many years ago. I used and recommended this formula for over 20 years. I was thrilled to find the same formula I used all these years on Amazon from Natural Factors. Other companies have long discontinued the formula. THANK YOU for keeping it available. It is literally a lifesaver for me. I get deep, regenerative sleep and wake up refreshed not groggy like sleeping pills. I prefer this over melatonin, since Melatonin is not healthy long term. Try this, you won't regret it.

It works well when used a few times a week...I noticed that if I use it night after night it doesn't work for me. So I just use it a couple times a week and it really helps me sleep better. I must ad that most other products I've tried don't do a thing for me. I've tried to many to remember or to list here. All in all is this the best one so far, wish it worked every night.

I sleep better and wake up calmer when I take this. Read an article (on Psychology Today possibly?) about the “three sisters” of sleep being an effective combo (valerian, hops, passionflower). One of the only brands where I can find this specific combo.
