I bought this back in February. I cant ever 100% say what the contributing factor is but, since then, my hair has improved so much! Breakage is down, hair loss is down, it seems to have thickened up. As someone who has bought all kinds of expensive Biotin shampoo bars and soaps, this one is the one that seems to have made the difference.

Love the shampoo. It makes my hair smell good and so soft. I really think my hair is thicker. I would recommend this to my Friends and family.

I love this shampoo. I have purchased shampoos a lot more expensive than this one that claim to do wonders, but I've always been let down. This is the first time in my life that I've been truly impressed with a shampoo.For context, I'm 56 years old, my hair is regularly coloured. It's curly 2C.My hair now looks shinier, something that has not happened in decades, and it is definitely not frizzy like it normally is.I use it with the Pantene Miracle Rescue Mask every time I wash my hair.Buy them both! Your hair will thank you.

Great product. I get compliments on the look of my hair everytime after I use the conditioner. It does what it says it will do for my hair. I love the feel and look of my hair. Ever since I've used Pantene products over 20 years now, i never have had split ends. My hair feels and looks healthy.

I really like this shampoo. I’ve noticed an overall improvement in the health of my hair. I’ve been using it for 4-5 months now. It looks and feels healthier. I have less fall out. It smells really good. It lathers nicely in the shower. It’s a huge bottle and lasts forever. Worth the money in my opinion.

My hair's always a bit tangled after shampooing, but one rinse with this and it's smooth right away. Rinses out easily and leaves no residue.I usually leave it on for 3-5min, but honestly it doesn't seem to matter either way, even when I've rinsed it off fast I didn't notice a difference. And breakage-wise, it felt about the same as any other conditioner I've used. Not gonna lie, most conditioners kind of feel interchangeable to me no matter the price tag or brand.I only put conditioner on my ends, never my scalp, so I can't say how it does on roots, but for me it never weighed my hair down or made it greasy.One thing to flag: I dye my hair burgundy/red, and this does pull a little color out each wash. Nothing crazy though, even plain water does that to me, so I wouldn't worry about it too much if you have color-treated hair.

Great product-doesn’t leave my fine, thin hair oily. I haven’t had to trim as much.

Eases the combing of wet hair and leaves hair soft and manageable.

Hair has never felt softer, as for decreasing hair loss, haven’t seen any benefit yet, but I will update one way or another..

I've finished the whole bottle and I cant say there was a noticeable difference in my hair strength (I have a lot of long, straight hair, but the strands are thin). Also found the scent to be way too strong in the shower but didnt carry over much once dried.I have however noticed my NAILS are way stronger!?
