Let me start by saying that it has taken me a while to get the hang of using this gimbal, but I am glad that I have persevered as the results are very good. The reason it has taken me so long is that the instructions are not particularly clear or easy to access. You get a very basic set up guide and are then directed to a long series of online tutorials. If you are a complete novice like I am then like me you might find it all very overwhelming. It took me quite a few sessions and a lot of perseverance before I could even get the basic functions to work. After a lot of online learning and many hours I finally began to get my head around it. I still don't find it intuitive, but the basic functions are logical enough. The gimbal itself is made from strong components and holds my Pixel 7 Pro firmly in place with a little bit of room for a slightly larger phone if you needed. The controls fall quite naturally under the relevant fingers and thumbs and there is a decent amount of feedback when you are operating it. The unit can be hand held or there is a standard tripod attachment if required. The unit works really well. The phone is held very stable and the results are excellent. There are several modes (which I am still getting used to) but you can have smooth pan and so on, so I think that this should cover pretty much every requirement for a stabiliser. So overall I am impressed with the results from this device but it has taken me on a journey to get there. Maybe it is the lack of instructions, or maybe it is just my inexperience with using anything like this before, but it is the first time in a long time that I have struggled so much with new technology. If you are looking for a gimbal then I would certainly say that this one should be on your list.

Still getting to grips with it (pardon the pun!) but it is an incredible piece of kit. Comes very well-packaged in a professional quality box (quite a large one!). The AI tracker works very well, enabling beautifully smooth video fro my iPhone 15 Pro Max. To get the very best out of a device like this I feel that you really do need to have decent video-editing skills too, using something like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, but there is no doubt that the quality of your raw video will improve dramatically with a gimbal like this. The included set-up guide is very basic - you are directed instead to download the online manual. I would actually suggest instead to go onto YouTube where you will find endless guidance on set and use. It's very well constructed from quality materials; although I had never used a gimbal before now I was already aware that ZHIYUN is a highly-regarded brand in this sector. I feel that I am still climbing a reasonably steep learning curve in order to maximise the benefits of this fantastic device, but I am enjoying the process. So I admit that I don't have a professional use for this - I am, at best, an enthusiastic amateur when it comes to videographer - so arguably I didn't really need something this high-end, but who doesn't love a gadget. The packaging is excellent so if you do know someone who is into videography, Instagram, etc, then this would certainly be suitable as a gift. For the extra money, it's probably worth getting the pro version which comes with more accessories and functions. There are loads of settings and variables so it does take a bit to get on top of it all but once you do, it really professionalises your photos and videos. I'm not hugely experienced at it all as mentioned but I did manage to get my head around it so if I can - so can you. I find it makes a huge difference with videos in particular. I took a video of my friend's wedding and she said she thought it was better than the one by their videographer, which had more shake and less clarity, so I'll take that as a decent testament to its quality.

I'm no pro, but I love taking videos on my phone, and this thing has made such a difference! It's like magic how it keeps my phone steady. No more shaky videos when I'm trying to capture my kid's football games or our family hikes. The AI features are pretty neat – it's like having a little robot assistant helping me film. There's this nifty light attached that's perfect for when it gets a bit dark. Oh, and it comes with a tripod, which is great for group shots or when I want to film myself cooking (still working on that sourdough!). It took me a minute to figure out all the buttons, but now I'm having a blast with it. My Instagram stories have never looked better! It's a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it if you're into making your videos look extra special.

Good solid hardware- terrible software. Does not recognise most of the smartphones. The app does not even shows the right equipment and the company does not have a proper updates on the software side. Full with advertisement and requires personal information to be shared..... Randomly moving the phone while recording as AI tracking something else... If you like a better choice just select any DJI gimbal or use a mechanical crate.

This is such a good quality combo gimbal attachment for a variety of different camera phones and very easy to use once you get the hang of it. It holds my phone without any issues what do ever, I like it's not to heavy, easy to pack away. It balances very well as it says it does, professional for sure, I've got really good shots since using it. It has tracking so different things for different trackings which is even better to have and use. This has an upgraded handle so you can shoot from any angle you want to. Joystick control I've never had one and attachment but this is amazing and makes it so much better to use. Has all the wires and cables you need to get started, you get a nice bag it goes in very compact too. It has been the best one I've had so far, I would definitely recommend if you're wanting to get really good shots as you can get any angle you can possibly want, it doesn't ache my wrist like my cheaper other brand I have. 100% professional, definitely advise you to get one, its exactly as described in the description.

The gimble is working just fine and I am getting my hands accustomed to the device, maybe a little drawback being that maybe since this was a replacement of the original Device which got lost whilst intransit, I did not get the protective bag and the colour coded filters and the hand strap as was on the original piece that I had bought. Otherwise it is well. Improvements should be on deliveries to avoid unnecessary delays.

I have just received this product, so I had no opportunity to check its operation etc. Wonderfully, elegant, modernly designed gimbal, aesthetically packaged each part, all this arouses respect for the manufacturer.

Questo stabilizzatore della ZHIYUN per smartphone a 3 assi è di un ottima fattura con un completo set di comandi dal quale è possibile, oltre ad avviare la registrazione, muovere il gimbal tramite un joystick, zoomare o cambiare il fuoco tramite una comoda rotella dei pulsanti e interagire con una delle due App molto intuitive: Stacam e ZY Cami. Il design è elegante e moderno, e la costruzione è solida e robusta, il gimbal è leggero ma resistente, rendendolo perfetto per essere portato ovunque. Il mio iPhone 15 Pro si integra perfettamente con il gimbal, la connessione è immediata e senza intoppi, ma comunque ci sono abbastanza video su YouTube che sono riuscito a gestire. La configurazione iniziale è semplice e l'interfaccia utente è chiara e ben progettata. In pochi minuti, ero già in grado di utilizzare tutte le funzioni avanzate, lo strumento risulta essere molto intuitivo manegevole fin dal primo utilizzo.
