I managed to put part of the bead back inside the rim by hand, but needed the help of these 50 Strong brand Bike Levers to reposition about half of the tire bead back into the rim. I used first one lever and then another to catch the side of the rim under the bead and tilt the lever back up to let the bead slide into place inside the edge of the rim.
