I really Like this protein chart the font size is medium very visible and clear. I put in my kitchen. When I make my grocery list I see what I need to purchase and a glance.

It was rolled up instead of flat, so that was the bad news. I am a vegetarian, so I worry about the protein that I get in my diet. The good news is that this chart shows me exactly what I need. It is small enough to fit on a kitchen wall.
