Technical Issues Galore
Not a very good product, had issues since it came out of the box, screen flickering, sound jumping, random brightness increases. Constantly default to Samsung TV Plus despite deleting the app. Tried to speak to Samsung under there warranty but might as well speak to the wall. Constantly can't sense it's own remote. So annoying. A really terrible purchase with worse service. Complete waste of money, sound very poor, often get picture distortion.

Better than Expected
I have a high standard for Samsung products and this is a quality TV. The quality and the refresh rate for some family gaming is amazing and the sound has no complaints from me. Not much I can complain about. Also, a Tip, don’t underestimate how big this TV is, it’s wider than I am tall and I’m 6’1ft/186cm, 98 inches is no joke. 😭

Average performing large TV,
Nothing great apart from the size. I wish it had picture enhancing technology. Also the experience is only good in complete dark room, if there is light in the room it reflects on the screen and spoils the experience. Sound quality is OK but I connected it with external speakers for better experience.

Broken upon arrival
Unpacked it out of the box and switched it on to test it and lines going all across it, not sure if it was because 1 of the people trying to get it from the house was a small woman and it’s very heavy, I’m a 16 stone builder and I struggled……

Samsung are garbage
It's a good tv for the price. But be warned. I got an AU9000 2021 crystal UHD and it failed just outwith it's warranty. One half became dimmer apparently a backlight issue.Absolutely pathetic.Samsung are garbage. You have been warned.
