Gila Heat Control Light Gray Adhesive Residential DIY Window Film Sun Blocking 3ft x 15ft (36in x 180in)

Film works as advertised. Noticeably lessens heat coming - but, of course, doesn't eliminate it. Used on front top windows and on patio door. Like that on the door it also helps privacy. Fairly easy to install if you watch application videos. We are klutzy so probably had a little more trouble but still good. We did not buy kit and used a spray of dish soap and water which worked well (so far). Plan to buy more for our winter home in Arizona.

When I opened the box, just recently wanted to add more film to my windows, as I had just moved into a new place, and the boxes were left unopened until now. The film was in bad shape inside the box, and unusable. Unfortunately, since it was past the return time, I will have to keep the item, the policy should be longer for this type of film as a return item. Very disappointed.

Blue hue (left) is application, Warm (right side) is without I really like how it seems to just soften/change the warm hue from the inside. Just put them so can't speak to effectiveness yet but I am really enjoying the natural light being maintained I think the price on amazon may currently be cheaper than home depot Husband said they were finicky to put up, but I think they are worth it. There's an application kit you can buy to help...worth it esp if doing multiple windows Only lost a star for the finicky factor but it's probably just a learning curve tbh. Excited for the cooler home !
