Most preferrable for the price.
The mattress is so soft and very comfortable to sleep on. The thickness and width are same as mentioned. Its been a few months and i feel it's worth the price and great quality.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mattress I purchased from Amazon on the 5th of February 2024. I am attaching pictures of the product, and I would like to request a return and a refund as I have been experiencing issues with the mattress since its delivery. Despite my attempts to return the item within the 10-day replacement/return period, I have been facing challenges with the return process since yesterday. I want to emphasize that the product does not meet my expectations, and I am quite disappointed with the overall quality. There are several reasons for my dissatisfaction with the mattress. Firstly, it does not fit properly on my bed as per the specifications provided. Additionally, the product still emits a strong smell of dirty plastic, which is quite unpleasant and has not subsided since its delivery. Furthermore, I have experienced significant discomfort and body aches after sleeping on the mattress. Given these issues, I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the return of the mattress and issuing a refund in line with Amazon's return policy. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter, and I appreciate your attention to this concern.

Quality, service all top notch
First of all, let me talk about Kurlon Retail service. Initially, I purchased a different coir mattress without realizing its thickness and the mattress was also too hard. I called up Amazon for an exchange not very sure if a mattress exchange is possible. But Amazon connected me with Kurlon Retail. After informing them about my mattress issue, the lady at Kurlon Retail immediately assigned for a pickup. The return was done the same day and refund was issued the very next day. Pls remember, its not easy to deliver such a heavy mattress on 4th floor, then again send someone to take it back. I was impressed at Kurlon Retail since it was my mistake but they still immediately issued for a return/refund, no questions asked. After this part was done, I asked them for a mattress suggestion and they sent link of this mattress. It suited my requirements perfectly so I bought it. It is perfect for back pain and is also comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard. Thank you Kurlon Retail and Amazon for the amazing service and patience! PS: @Amazon pls send expert delivery guys and if the product is big and floor is mentioned in address, then send adequate men. I had to arrange for addition help to get the mattress at my flat, this despite mentioning floor and asking for extra support help.
