We can't live without our "Thumper" (which we affectionately call it) I have restless leg syndrome, and it helps me get to sleep, and get back to sleep every night. We use it daily, at least 4 cycles a night, so it does a lot of deep tissue work on my quads and calves. We wore one out in February, after a year and a half and replaced it immediately, but the second one started malfunctioning in July, but Bob and Brad only asked for a model number and a video showing what it was doing, and a new, upgraded model was sent to my door immediately via USPS. No need to return the malfunctioning model. Also, Bob and Brad now warrantee their massagers for 2 years instead of 1, so it is a great value for half the price of upper end massagers. Don't waste your money on cheaper models, they don't give relief, nor do they hold up to deep tissue and strong pressure. We take it every where: traveling, and camping. We have gifted one to all our family, as they want one as soon as they use it. It is as essential as my toothbrush. Just leave the case at home and it is easy to fit anywhere.

While I am new to the world of massage guns, online research pointed to Bob and Brad as one of the higher rated and recommended brands. Having never used a massage gun before and this being my first one, I don't have much of a basis to compare too. It feels solidly built with good heft and is surprisingly quiet. The force feels adequate, especially if using on sore muscles, and takes a decent amount of force to stall out. Unfortunately for me, the hot/cold head attachment was DOA right out of the box. However, a couple of simple emails and they promptly shipped me a new one (on May 30) and it arrived within 3 days (June 2). There aren't as many companies as there should be that stand behind their products but this is one that does. While I have dealt with some other companies that had great customer service, I've never had a company reach out again after the fact to ensure that the product was working as it should and that I was satisfied with everything. The fact they bothered to follow up afterwards when they really didn't have to shows they care and that gets a 5 star from me.

I have bought 5 Bob and Brad massagers (3 different ones for me and 2 for my in-laws) and they all have been great. On 1 of them the battery started having some issues after over a year. It was out of warranty but I figured I'd contact B&B customer support to see if they'd do anything for me, hoping I could maybe get a discount code or something towards a new one. They asked me to send a video of what it was doing. After reviewing the video the promptly sent me a brand new one for free. Wow, thanks Bob and Brad. My first B&B massager is going on 3 years now without any issues, they really are a great quality product and company.

Bought this massager for Christmas present. It worked well but then battery/charger stopped working. The company responded immediately to our inquiry and replaced the massager within a day or two. They were very understanding and prompt. The new massager works really well and we are very happy with this company!

I bought my Bob and Brad massage gun June of 2023 for my achilleas tendonitis and occasional muscle tightness and stress. It has done wonders in relaxing the muscles and helping aches and pains, especially on my legs. I use it practically every night before going to bed and gives me such relief. It's been worth every penny spent on it! The quality of this massage gun is solid and well made and comes in a very nice carrying case, making it easy to travel with. The only thing I"d change is when using it, it shuts off after 10 minutes but I believe it does that purposely in order to not overuse it on ourselves at one time. It's easy to use and has various attachments for various needs which I find very helpful. I have recommend this product to a family member and after doing much research, he ended up buying a Bob and Brad massage gun and absolutley loves it!Recently, my massager wouldn't charge so I called customer service. I can't say enough for the efficiency, care and attention they showed. They immediately addressed the issue with a REAL person answering the phone and then through email, they have responded to every single message I sent, and they are taking care of the issue. To me, that is HUGE!It's for these reasons I would highly recommend the Bob and Brad massage gun! It's quality, ease of use, functionality AND customer service, which is the icing on the cake, make it top notch!

Just got this today 6/18/2025. So far very impressed with the hot and cold adapter. Honestly feels like this will be a game changer in healing my shoulder injury. Will report back. But so far so good. The massager is very powerful and the hot and cold adapter switches back and forth from hot to cold in the matter of seconds.

Really powerful and great relief of soreness after workout. And awesome customer service too. If you are hesitating between T2 and T2 pro. I will recommend the pro one, as the heating & cooling head works like magic!
