Cumplió mis espectativas al 100% muele los granos en segundosuele todo muy bien dejándolo en consistencia de polvo, lo recomiendo ampliamente. No hace falta un manual el funcionamiento es de sentido común e intuitivo .

I am very pleased with this grinder, but it is somewhat challenging to use. Most importantly, it can produce very fine powdered spice mixes in quantities suitable for several batches of the same recipe. On the other hand, it requires quite a bit of work and careful attention to use, so I still resort to a simpler grinder for very small amounts of ground spices. I also think the overall fit and finish are lacking. But at the price, this is not unexpected. The fact that the unit can be operating while the cover is off is a serious safety concern. Anyone using this device must have their wits about them and be very deliberate about taking safety precautions. It’s probably best carefully to load the dry spices and secure the cover before even plugging it in. Then the unit should be unplugged before opening it even to check the progress of the grind. It’s a fair amount of work to remove the ground powder and clean the machine, hence my recommendation to use it for preparing amounts suitable for several batches of a recipe and storing the extra amount. But, if finely ground, and therefore full-flavoured spice mixes are important, it’s worth the trouble.

Over the years we have tried few grinder Mills , the current one is far superior to all the one we tried in past many years.

Powerful grinder. Using for spices, roasting whole and grinding for best flavor. My garam masala has cinimon, black cardamoms, star anise, and other hard spices, along with coriander, cumin, etc. This grinder made fine powder in 2 30 second runs. Only complaint is its not the easiest to clean (although grindind some rice does help if needed making it easier to brush/wipe out). Would make rice flour in 20 sec if I needed some so there's that too. Good comsistancy in output, easy to use, just big enough for my needs.
