The quality and craftsmanship of this cleaver is outstanding. Out of the box, I did not notice any burrs, blemishes, or any imperfections on the blade. The handle is very smooth and nicely finished. This cleaver has a unique design that enhances both safety and usability. It has a finger hole that helps provide a secure grip and improves handling. It also has jimpings that help provide exceptional control and prevent slippage. These features are not commonly seen in kitchen cleavers, but are utilized in outdoor utility and tactical knives. It has good weight and it feels solid. It has a nice balance, and the ergonomics make it incredibly comfortable to hold. The sheath it comes with is also nice and sturdy. This cleaver can definitely handle any kitchen cutting tasks that requires a cleaver. It could even take the beating from outdoor recreational use as the design appears to be capable of that. However, I don't intend to use it for that purpose because it is too pretty to be used as a beater. This cleaver is also SHARP out of the box and is ready to tackle my kitchen cutting tasks. It tested it to chop crispy pork belly and it accomplished this task easily.

The knife is very sharpe. It is well balanced and nicely made.

Bought this set for my husband‘s Christmas present. It is very sharp and very nice. He was very impressed for the price point. They are a really nice life even better than the $300 knives I’ve spent and bought in the past..

How do you not look cool wielding one of these bad boys? Looks great. Feels comfortable in my hand ( and I have big hands). Only reason I gave 4 stars is that it doesn’t hold an edge long but it is easy to sharpen. Huusk makes other cool knives that I am considering.

Bought for my pops that loooves to BBQ. He loves these knives. They are amazing. Very sturdy, sharp and beautiful. I used the shears to Spatchcock a turkey and they worked great. Excellent price for a great set. Buy them!

You will not regret it, perfect for all around cutting any meat, slicing any vegetables and nice to take it with you for camping.

This is kind of macho kitchen knife… for real men and everything. Yet it turns out to be really useful in the kitchen. Not sure if it is really ATS34 steel, but it looks like it is. Profile is flawless, sharpness out of the box really good! I by accident slide my finger over very edge, it shave my skin about 1/4” without drawing blood! That was impressive. Blade curve make it perfect for cutting flatbread and pizza rocking motion, and even greedy pizza I make, like 2-3” thick - blade is wide and I can push it down with my left hand adding more force to the cut to where it need it, yet I can use it for onions (as it is very sharp - no cry), big chunks of beef, cabbages… Conclusion is - even it looks like testosterone infused, it is really handy for actual cooking and I do use it a lot. It has clear advantage over typical chef knife, for certain operations…

These knives are sharp and i mean sharp. The look is top quality. I have not used them as they are a gift. The carry case they come in is super thick leather. Feel be careful Putting the knives back into the bag because they will cut the bag. Very well made and nice to hold in your hand they also have some. Weight to them.
