I thought I might be taking a risk in a brand I didn’t know, but this is a good quality pan. It heats well and cooks well. I like the curve at the bottom, and it’s nice and deep to cook a bunch of food. The handle is comfortable too. I’m very pleased.

Study, durable induction-friendly pan
I really like the weight and design of this study, stainless steel 9-inch frying pan. The pan feels substantial in your hand, but not too heavy that you can't lift it easily from your wrist. One really awesome (and maybe overlooked) feature is that the interior angle where the base of the pan joins the sides is rounded instead of a hard right angle. This design promotes good distribution of heat and also allows easy scraping of the sides with a spatula. The pan will be great for fried eggs, omelettes, panini, patty melts, burgers, and sautéing fish.
