I’ve been using this pan for a bit now, and overall I do like it. It heats really evenly, which makes a big difference when you’re cooking things like eggs, chicken, or anything that needs a good sear. It feels solid and well-made, not flimsy at all. The size is also great for everyday cooking—not too big, not too small. The ceramic coating is nice and makes cleanup pretty easy, as long as you don’t let things sit too long. I will say, you do need to be a little careful with oil and heat. If it gets too hot or you use too much oil, it can affect how nonstick it feels. Once I figured that out and kept the heat more moderate, it worked much better. The handle is comfortable, and I like that it can go in the oven too—that adds some versatility. Overall, a good pan, just takes a little adjustment in how you cook with it.
