The media could not be loaded. I bought these in Zebra 50% grey with the ZigBee motor for my living room patio door and I am absolutely blown away by their quality and functionality. I have to give a special shoutout to Cherry from The SmartWings Store support staff for going above and beyond to help me correct a mistake I made on my original order. Their customer service truly stands out.These shades are not only well-priced, but they are also high quality. I integrated them with my Hubitat home automation hub, and they work flawlessly. The ability to set them to open and close at specific times of the day is impressive and has made my life much easier. I even programmed them to switch between Sheer and Privacy depending on the time of day. As well I got myself a “Philips Hue Wall Tap Dial Light Switch” which allows me to set five custom buttons as well as a dimmer that I use for making slight adjustments to my curtain (I will include pictures and videos). Another thing that has been awesome is that using this alongside my Hubitat hub I have been able to integrate my shades with HomeKit, I can use Siri to open or set them to custom level as well as Amazon Alexa.Installation was a breeze, and the screen fits perfectly and works exactly as it should. I am truly amazed by the quality of the product, and if I could give it six stars, I would. Although I can't speak to the battery life yet, I'm confident that running the shades twice a day will give me 4 to 6 months of usage (based on the battery life reported to Hubitat) Another thing I wanted to add is that they are not loud when closing or opening, it is a quiet process.Keep in mind that these shades are best for those who want privacy without blocking out natural light. If you're looking for more light filtering or blocking, these may not be the right ones for you.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a perfect solution for privacy and light filtering. The SmartWings team's exceptional customer service and product quality make them a top contender in the market. The media could not be loaded. We love these blinds. We have two of them and are ordering more. We can use the remote or we can use the zigby with Alexa (4th gen echo in the living room allows all of our echos to work with the blinds) Out of the box you can tell them a percentage to open and close like in the video. Every time it will say it’s malfunctioning or not working, but it works. We have also set a few routines “Alexa open the kitchen blind” If we use the exact wording it will work without saying there’s an error. With Alexa we have the kitchen blind automatically closing everyday at sunset. Our second blind is set to automatically open at close at 10am and 10pm.I also have two of these at work that do not have Alexa. I use the remote. They work perfectly every time. I proactively charged them once in the last 6 months and they have not died. My husband installed the blinds at home and work. He says they’re pretty easy to install. Only one of our 4 blinds closes about 1/4 short, but since it’s only one of them I would say it was probably a measuring error on my part. I did have to fix one order. Cherry in customer service was outstanding. She followed up and followed through. Overall we’re really pleased the blinds

The media could not be loaded. Update: nearly 3 years later and I still love them. Only charge the battery once every 4 months. They're connected to my smartthings hub and they just work. Literally never had a problem.I bought a custom 68" wide x 60' long shade. You can never really tell the quality from the photos online. But these shades are super well made and they're beautiful! They were up in 15 minutes--taking down the old blinds took longer than hanging this shade. After hanging, I couldn't get them to connect to Smartthings. I had opted out of the remote when I ordered but it turns out, even if you are planning to connect to Smartthings (or Alexa, etc.), you'll need the remote for initial programming of the limits of the shade. I reached out to customer service and to my delight I reached a native English speaking service rep who lives here in the United States. She completely understood the situation and got me a remote shipped out.They're set up now, connected to Smartthings, and working wonderfully. Would 10/10 order again.

This is a very nice shade and fit perfectly after making a custom order.The installation process was a breeze like many other have said. Only needed two people with ours because of how long we made it. Otherwise it could have been a one person installation.I still haven't tested the "smart" part of it, as it requires a remote that we opted out of. If this is your first shade, make sure to select the remote, even if you are getting the Zigbee motor.Will update once we have a remote to test this out with.

Very happy with these shades. These custom blinds arrived within 10 days and were well packaged. The shades are well made and simple to install - about 10 minutes. The motor runs smoothly and quietly. Communications with customer service are excellent (they reach out to confirm sizes). I initially purchased the material swatches and then 1 shade to check it out and have followed up with an order for 14 more. Shades are available in larger widths then offered by in home installers at a fraction of the cost.

Purchased a large-sized motorized shade a few weeks ago. Arrived much quicker than originally scheduled. Quality of the shade is very nice. Motor works great, right out of the box. No hassles with anything.Upon its arrival, I actually wrote the seller, and asked for a couple of additional support clips to be sent. And, they arrive roughly a week later.Overall very happy with this purchase.
