This ink is such a life saver!
For years I have been buying my ink from Office Depot. I have an Epson artisan 1400 and each box of ink cost so much. When I found this option I thought it was gonna be some crappy stuff, but I was wrong. First off it comes with all the inks in one box for a fraction of the cost and it comes with 2 black cartridges. I no longer buy from Office Depot. This find has saved me time and money.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY this aftermarket ink. Once Epson does a firmware update, it does not recognize the cartridges and the printer will not function until you replace it with a cartridge that is Epson brand only. It has been a waste of money.

Be careful of leaking
This ink has worked really well -- however, you need to be aware that my first order had 2 cartridges that had leaked all over the bag -- and when I returned and replaced the replacement had 1 cartridge that was leaking. If you need something quick and don't have time to play the return game until you get something where all of the cartridges are usable - find another vendor.Once I got all cartridges working - the ink is a nice quality and works well in my machine.

A success rate of 6 out of 7 cartridges
Six of the seven cartridges worked fine. However, the seventh cartridge, Cyan, is not recognized by the printer. I only discovered this recently because I did not need to replace all my cartridges at once. As per the directions, I removed and reinstalled the cartridge many times, but it was never recognized.I left a comment about this on the seller's page, but never heard a response. I know the Return window has closed, but it would be great if the seller could offer a replacement. It's not as if a buyer is going to identify a problem with a pack of cartridges immediately upon receipt of the product.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE: This vendor just moved to the top of the class. I just ran across contact information for them 5 months past Amazon's return window. I called their phone number and got a person within a minute. They are shipping me a replacement for the defective cartridge, gratis. They also stated that THEIR return policy is valid for two years after purchase -- not just Amazon's one month window.Thank you.

way to save
Colors not as true as Epson Ink.The company graciously offered a total refund, which was greatly appreciated. However, I decided to decline the offer. I was impressed that the company offered a refund. That is why I didn't accept it.

E-Z Ink to the rescue!
I’m very impressed with E-Z Ink! And this is why;I’ve always used professional quality Epson printers. I now own an Artisan 1430. Recently I put in a couple of new Epson Ink cartridges. Everything worked fine until the new cartridges went in. The new cartridges did not print! After 3 hours of phone calls with Epson in the Philippines and California, following Epson’s instructions and pumping a full set of ink cartridges overboard, I was told the printer had mechanical print head problems! But it was fine until the new cartridges were installed! I asked if there were ever bad ink cartridges? NO, absolutely not, was the answer!I bought the E-Z Ink cartridges to test my theory and replaced the two ‘bad print’ cartridges. They worked immediately. Obviously Epson can no longer be trusted to think ‘beyond the phone script.’ No such thing as real, qualified tech service anymore.Next day one of the new E-Z Ink cartridges stopped working. E-Z Ink had sent me an Email asking if all went well. I replied and said “no” and explain the sequence. E-Z Ink replied with a suggestion that I perform a sequence of ‘head alignment’ procedures. That fixed it! E-Z Ink knows Epson better than its own ‘tech support!’No more depending on Epson’s support! It’s E-Z Ink from now on. At a fraction of the cost!
