Purchase this for my husband because it is a natural electrolyte. He adds a pinch to his water doesn't even notice it and is now getting the needed electrolytes replenished in his body on a daily basis. Has helped with his energy level because he is more thoroughly hydrated

Before taking Celtic sea salt I was tired and sluggish all the time. No matter how much water I drank I did not feel hydrated. I was constantly running to the washroom and still felt fatigued. The salt itself is awesome, really only need a very small amount when using. I’m giving it only 4 stars because of the cost. Had I known my local whole food store has it and seen the price difference I wouldn’t have bought from this seller. The price for the amount is not worth it in my opinion.

I am not a fan of over processed table salt. Yuck. So even though we only cook with salt we don't get the sodium-y taste by using other forms of salt. This one is quite good. Very smooth on the tongue. I will be purchasing more. Our go-to right now is Fleur de Sel from Quebec. We may need to add this one as well. Thank you.
