Looks the same as one from a tool truck
It seems to be the exact same wrench that comes of a tool truck that starts with Mat. Im not sure i. An mention them by name but anyhow, one of my coworkers has the tool truck version. We compared them and found no difference. Well there is one difference and it is huge. The price difference. The tool truck sells it for over $400.

Buy this over snap on
Probably the cheapest Split Beam Torque Wrench on the market. Precision and Tekton has one thats around the same. But compared to Snap On's this is 5 times cheaper. When compared to Snap ons, the quality is obviously not the same and clicking noise is a little quieter, but does the job, no issues for a tool I have to use constantly throughout my work day,

Poor quality
After a about a dozen uses, the gear teeth began to break and the wrench is no longer useable. Customer help was not very helpful. Will have to look for a different brand wrench.
