IVANKO REVOLVING CURL BAR, 28in (RCB-28)

I've got all high-end gym equipment in my home gym and wanted a quality tricep bar. I looked at several different manufacturers here on Amazon and ultimately choose this Ivanko bar after reading the reviews. I was hoping it would live up to the hype. Well, I received both bars today, this Ivanko Curl bar and another tricep bar, and I'm more than satisfied. The box came really, really, well shipped. Both bars were individually wrapped in heavy plastic bags and wrapped with heavy padding. The box was heavy duty and had 6 plastic straps keeping everything together. The bars are solid steel and heavy duty. They're exactly what you see in commercial gyms. Nothing "cheap" whatsoever. The bearing is smooth, the bends correct for comfort and proper muscle activation. The knurling is perfect. It's deep enough to give you an excellent grip, yet not too sharp that your hands suffer in pain. The rubber ends are a really nice touch and they're heavy duty rubber. They won't fall apart from being dropped repeatedly. Don't hesitate to purchase any of these Ivanko bars. They're worth every penny.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase an EZ curl online here at Amazon or otherwise as the quality and bends might not be all that good. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. This is an outstanding and excellent heavy duty cable attachment bar. The bends on both grips are just perfect for me and for some lifting buddies too and it has excellent knurling too. I am using it but it is let on the rack at a local commercial for all to use. I see it laying near the machine everyday since I purchased it and took it to the gym. It is being used but I don't think it will be worn out anytime soon.

This revolving curl bar is really nice! Chrome is very good on it, knurling is consistent, and it swivels smoothly. I especially like using it for straight arm pulldowns (as a variation to using the standard rope or straight bar). Only complaint I have is really not much of a complaint, but I find the knurling slightly too aggressive, to the point of it breaking down my skin if I train heavy. Knurling is obviously subjective though, and everyone has their own opinion. The Ivanko beauty bells I have are the same way with their knurled handles, though I don't find the DB's to be as noticeable as with the revolving curl bar.

I've tried other curl bar attachments but was never satisfied. Ivanko gets all the angles right and has the best grip placement, plus knurling that works. You can feel when a bar is hitting the muscles right and you can feel this bar activating both the inner and outer biceps heads with its grip positions. Really improves your Mind-Muscle connection throughout the movement. This is as close to a perfect design as you'll ever find. I also got the Ivanko Tricep V-bar attachment last month. Ivanko quality and design really can't be beat. An excellent piece for your gym.

This a beautifully crafted piece of equipment, heavy iron with rubber end caps. And it swivels so you keep a good grip and not have to let it slide through your gloves while you lift. If you’ve ever used something similar at the gym, then you’re familiar with how the different angles can work the biceps in different ways and work well for tricep presses too. That’s it

This is a real piece of equipment that you would find in a GOOD gym. I bought one for my home gym and couldn’t be happier. It it very well constructed, sturdy and works perfectly with the cables on my home equipment.

This is a high-quality durable piece of equipment. The only thing I didn’t like was the knurls are too sharp. It actually hurt your hands to touch it. I ended up wrapping it with duct tape which solve the problem.

If you've done research on curl bars you know that prices vary across the board. I really couldn't see paying over $90 for a small curl bar. I read the reviews on this product and decided to make the purchase. I'm very please with this product, it's very good quality! Knurling, finish and bends are great! Well worth the purchase price!
