Little Bulky but works good

It came with the thermometer not even attached to the case. So far I can only have the case up there without the thermometer bc it won't stay on. Cheeply made not even worth the value.

First of all, the thermometer works and works well. That is the good part. The major downside is that the key storage behind it is a lot bigger than it should be. Call me crazy, but I think that if you are hiding something as important as a key that will allow entry into your home, it should not be obvious. Since the main reason people would buy this is to HIDE a key, I cannot give this a good review. If it was thinner it would be a good product.

Kills two birds with one stone for me. I’ve wanted an outdoor thermometer on our new patio and having an extra key hidden yet available for emergencies is always a good idea. Easily hangs on nail on our back wooden stairs that lead to our patio. I enjoy that I can check what the temps are before deciding to sit outside. The key compartment is large yet inconspicuous. It’s easy to glide open to access the key which hangs on a hook inside.

I like that this is a unique key hider instead of the usual rock. However, the thermometer itself is rather thick and the bottom lip makes it look suspicious. However, I hung this outside near the pool rather than near the door. Yes, it's a walk to go retrieve the key if you locked yourself out, but it's better than what we had going on which involved climbing through the window.

This thing is sooooo much better than your typical hide a key box or rock. The thermometer can be mounted outside near the door, and is actually working and useful, plus has the spot to hide a key, as well. What could be better than that?? I may buy these for family members to use at their homes, as well!

This is a good product and looks like any normal thermometer, because it is a normal thermometer, just a bit thicker, as it should be in order to hide a key. The trick is to find a place to mount it so that it is not obvious that there is a hidden key in it. A bit different design would made it a 5-star candidate.
