Stopped working after 4 months. Seller did not offer a warranty. I called the head office and an investigation on the seller has commenced. The company only has an email address to reach out to them.

Does a great job including smells which other purifiers were not very good at that we had. Not sure how contaminated air has to be to get a higher fan level (you can do manual if you like) but even in rooms we know the air quality could be better we still get the blue light for good air. Called the company and they walked me through some tests to make sure the sensor was working and it passed the tests with no problems. So I think the air has to be very dirty before color would change and resulting in the fan automatically increasing the speed. I would recommend using manual mode and choosing your fan speed for the room. Very easy to use and directions simple and understandable.

This machine has been excellent so far. I use it in my second hand store and it has done an excellent job to improve our air quality. I have an employee who has health issues and was concerned about Covid etc so she is the main reason why I bought the machine. I am not 100% positive that it will remove everything from the air but we are happy with it. It is very quiet and doesn't take up a lot of space and so far hasn't required any maintenance. This is a good value for the money and I would recommend this machine to everyone.

The AirDcotor 3500i I ordered came with a defective control panel (lights flashing on and off). AirDoctor customer service was prompt and very helpful in its response. They sent a replacement unit within a couple of days. New unit is great!
