Dose it come with rubber rings?

Yes, the rubber rings will come as accessories, in three colors. The green rings are luminous but a little loose. The black / red rings are tight.

I hear the noise when i press the "thumb button", is that right?

Yes the noise comes when you press it, more or less. The noise comes from the friction between moving parts. It will reduce after long time use.

The "thumb button" portion cannot be opened, why?

That's for safety and durability. Think about what happened to ball pens when they were opened by children.

What's the size of the bearing inside?

Size of the bearing: 6.35×12.7×4.76mm. General R188ZZ bearing without oil, specially for fidget spinners, 1 pcs.
