Quiet light weight cutter
Good cutter, light weight, easy to use, no noise, battery gives good working time of 1.5 hrs.

Poor quality
Very poor product quality. The battery performance is extremely low and does not last as expected. Additionally, the warranty period is only 7 days, which is not sufficient at all. I would not recommend purchasing this item. It’s a complete waste of money

Good quality implement.
Using in my Organic farm to control weeds . Purchased 2 implements. Machine's performance is very good, but I suggest 2 batteries should be given of 5 ah each. Chargers given were of very inferior quality. Both chargers were burnt. I had to buy another charger immediately from market which is 20v only. May you pls provide me 2 extra batteries and 2 good performing 21v chargers at reasonable price ?

Excellent Quality
Value for Money After a week's use I found this trimmer very useful for home and medium sized garden. It reduces my time with both batteries we can work 1-2 hours continuous operations I just love it

Useful for lawn grass
May not work for anything other than lawn grass. If the usage is as a Grass Cutter, better go for more powerful products. Attaching a photo after first use with some weed in the home backyard

Customer support is excellent I have purchased this trimmer earlier, and I have used it for a long time. Did not face any issue. I had one question in assembling I called customer support they sent me video and everything, were very helpful. Then next time I wanted spare blades so I contacted customer support. They helped me place order for spare blades also. Very nice people - For You Grass Timmer
