This is a really good cream, but if you have dry skin, like I do, best to apply this RIGHT after you wash your face and it's still a little damp from toweling off, because this tends to be very thick and works better if your skin is not totally dry. I LOVE Infinite Aloe products, although they are pricey.......I think they're the best.

The product is amazing. I find the price to be very deceptive. I purchased 3 jars close to a year ago at around $25.00 each. An increase of close to 80% is insane. Unless the. Price returns to reality, I will leave this to the ultra wealthy! $25.00 for half of an ounce is still expensive for many of us in the real world

My review was first published in 2015. I have used Infinite Aloe for the past 6 years. It's really expensive, but it's really good. I think the company had some issues last year - I too received an older green jar instead of the newer gold, but this seems to have been corrected and the one I just received is the gold. I have been without it for the past couple of months, and my face shows it! More wrinkles and more puffiness under my eyes. I hope this will correct it. It lasts me about six months, but I use it twice a day. (2021 - once a day which is fine for me & it lasts a year.) My skin is better, and the puffiness around my eyes is gone! It's no more expensive than high-end department store products, and it's the best cream I've ever used. If hesitant, order a smaller size at first to try out.

I do not like creams that are so thick that you need to rub them in for hours or cream that is too thin that you cant even tell you put it on. A little goes a long way and the aroma stays with you for a long time. Very subtle smell but pleasant. My skin seems softer and seems to have more of a glow than before. A little too expensive for my taste but if you had the money, I highly recommend it.

This Aloe Infinite Gold Cream feels very luxurious and has made my skin feel incredibly soft. It has a very thick consistency but it is easy to spread and goes on nice and smooth. It is extremely moisturizing and contains many useful ingredients for Anti-aging purposes like peptides, collagen, vitamins, Alpha Lipoic Acid and DMAE. It is free of parabens and I love that they don’t test their products on animals. I only wish that it was scent free and didn’t have “fragrance” listed in the ingredients. It doesn’t come in a box and there is very limited information on the jar so I decided to look at their website and do a bit of research. I found out that this product is supposed to be patted on to the skin - not rubbed as rubbing (especially the delicate under eye area) causes damage by pulling and stretching. Even without rubbing it in, it still absorbs well and penetrates the skin deeply. I find that this cream works best if I apply it after a shower/bath or directly after washing my face. It says that if you want accelerated results then you should apply it twice a day. Since it is a thicker formula, I like to apply the tiniest amount through the day so my makeup stays put and then I apply a little more at night. I find the price to be extremely high but I would purchase it again if it were to go on sale. They also have a more general version that isn’t anti-aging and can be used for a host of different skin ailments (eczema, callouses, etc.) that I would like to try too.

I have to admit that I like how the cream feels, but the scent is a bit stronger than I prefer. Regarding the claim for "anti-aging" - it is a face cream. If you already have wrinkles, this won't miraculously turn back the clock for you (I didn't wake up looking 30 again...) but it does seem to make my face feel different on the side I am using it on - soft and moisturized, which I am sure over time aids with the wrinkles. I also have skin sensitivities and this cream doesn't bother my skin, which is a bonus. So, bottom line, it is a really nice cream if you don't mind the price.
