The initial draw was it would be great to not have a big water jug sitting on the side. When it arrived it was bigger than I expected, but I soon got used to it. Attaching this to my tap was easy, and the water difference was huge. I've used the brand name water jug and filters for many years, and could taste the difference between my tap water and my filtered water. It tasted like filtered water. But with this, it doesn't taste of anthring. I think that's telling. After a few months of use it's still working well and the filter life is fantastic.
