Works like a charm

I'm a long time home owner and I haven't had a clogged drain problem that often, but when it happens, it's great to have a product to have around. It's easy to use and the money that you save by having a product like this product is priceless. We all know that the cost of a plumber is not cheap no matter where you live. For the money that you spend on this product it can save you thousands over a lifetime. It's definitely a must have for any homeowner.

TL;DR: Catastrophically flimsy construction. Will not last. I used the auger to attempt to clear out a 2" diameter cleanout. The device broke almost immediately and I had to basically chuck in the trash. Before throwing it, I opened it to take a look at what failed. In the pictures, you will see that the rotating drum is attached to the bit that the handle or screw driver goes on with 2 tiny spot welds. The entire load on this thing while its in operation is shear load where the surfaces are trying to rotate away from each other. Using tiny welds to hold something like that together is a terribly poor engineering decision. The fix is so darn simple, I'm not sure why they did not do it. All they need is a folded lip on the large disk that engages with a notch on the small disk. The welds will hold because the shear load goes through the notch/lip contact rather than the weld. I hope they fix this problem asap. Until they do, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.

Not worth the money. Didn't unclog my drain.

It is a good value for the price, however, it take a lot of grip strength to make the cable move back into the housing. Otherwise it serves it purpose for cleaning

Terrible, poor quality, not able to retract properly

Please do your research on this entire project/product before purchasing/using… I actually broke mines within 15 minutes of using. It twisted on itself, got stuck in the pipe… and then the wire snapped off as I pulled while twisting🙇🏼… now the wire was stuck in the drain… took about a good 3 hours of me (praying) pushing, pulling and untwisting the wire every which way before I finally (luckily) got it free😣. And thank goodness because it would have ended up costing hundreds had I not. Long behold, my drain was still clogged and I finally called a professional 🙏🏽…💁🏼‍♂️

When attached to the power drill, it is easy to push the snake head further down. I was able to clean a clog that was way deep in the kitchen pipe in about 20 min with this tool. I like how easy I was able to push through corners I also appreciated that it came with multiple accessories. Now let’s see how it will do with multiple usages

Bought it to save the money instead of renting one twice a year for a regular occuring plumbing issue. First time using it it's destroyed. Twisted so badly it's not usable. Looks like we're back to the rental shop 😔

We had a pipe clogged about 20 feet into the pipe and after 2 attempts it made it way through. Very impressed on how easy it is to work with. High recommend money well spent saving on us getting a plumber!!
