When I moved I moved into my new house, I got a diffuser that did well for my office space or bathroom now I was looking for something that could be used to diffuse for the wider area. I have a high-ceiling living room and an open loft. So I wanted a diffuser that could reach the loft as well as the living room. So far the diffuser has been to my liking. The tiny LCD interface on the diffuser is intuitive and easy to update the settings and timer for dispensing.The Diffuser also comes with WiFi and Bluetooth ability, which will enable you to control the diffuser remotely. However, when I installed the Android app the permissions required several permissions for operation which I was not comfortable with for privacy reasons. I did enable location and near-field Bluetooth communication permission for the app and seems to be working reasonably well. The App interface needs intuitive and super easy to set the timer and diffuse period . Overall thumbs up, I want to see how it performs over the long run and if the money spent is worth the value.

Do yourself a favor and turn in the machine without filling up the bottle with fragrance oil. This will help you decide if it’s too noisy. Or fill it with alcohol and run the machine for a few minutes. These steps will aid you in the event you need to send it back and you won’t have wasted your fragrance oil. I wish I’d thought of it first. Now I’m stuck with a loud machine.Pros: It holds a lot of oil, so you won’t have to replace for months. It’s not bulky. Also, it’s not ugly looking. A good deal for the money. I am the only one in my family who is bothered by noise it makes.Cons: LOUD! Annoyingly loud. Short power supply cord. Settings up the app was not straightforward. The beeps it makes whenever you adjust settings is loud. The product/app don’t allow you to adjust/mute the volume. Had I known about the noise level of the machine when it’s operating I would not have purchased it.

Arrives well packed and in a beautiful box. Perfectly suited for gift giving. But my favorite feature is that, aside from removing it from the box and filling the reservoir, everything can be controlled through the app. Everything is completely adjustable. The frequency and length of dispersement, times it runs, etc. It even updates you as to the level of your oil. You can program it through the buttons on the unit, but I chose to do everything through the app. I've never pressed a single button on the unit. I positioned it near a return grill and have the scent evenly distributed through the house. You can even set it to not dispense at night. Mine goes into a rest period between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. I love it!

My initial shipment was missing the plug in cord and wall mount hanging hardware. I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the seller to remedy. They sent out a new machine, which arrived about 5 days after contacting them. The new one has all the parts and works great so far. I knocked a star off because the interface is very difficult to figure out how to schedule. I had some difficulty getting the app to pair with Bluetooth but after some trial and error, finally figured it out and was able to schedule when it should run. If the interface and or app is improved, I would increase to 5 stars.

Only worked for 4 weeks worked on and off here and there when it works it’s great and fills the house with the scent but for the price I want it to be a guarantee that it will work longer then 4 weeks. The app for the machine also does not work at least from my experience. I thought I could not get a refund/exchange because it was a week or 2 pass the time to return it. After my first review their customer service reached out to me and they are amazing and gave me options to help solve the problem. I am happy with the options they gave me. And in the future if they change how the machine and app works I would buy agin because when it works it’s amazing.

Absolutely love the product, but started leaking after 6 months of use. Contacted seller and they replaced! Awesome customer service!

The media could not be loaded. Sold plastic diffuser. Unit and the app were super easy to set up. The noise it makes is alot louder in the video because I was standing close to it. I do hear it but it doesn't bother me. You can use whatever oil you want in it. It does fill the room. I had another diffuser from another popular company and this one blows it out of the water. Highly recommend

Waste of $. Terrible set up instructions. First, I tried manual instructions: it doesn’t follow how I set it up (it continues to emit fragrance non stop). So I tried to set up with the app. It won’t allow me to even set up an account (my phone says there is “no website” so I guess they are now out of business??). So I’m stuck with a defective machine. I will never buy a product made by China again.
