Brief Description: The towels that we use all over the world actually were first woven in modern day Bursa in the 18th century. Weavers invented different techniques for these towels and the towels known as `havly` at the beginning are now known as `havlu`, which is actually the Turkish word for towels. The specialty and much of the fame of these towels naturally rest on the fact that these towels were hand woven, which limited their manufacturing to 3-4 towels a day. There are 1 pack and 2 packs options. 1) Wash Your Towels Before You Use Them Wash your towels with a ½ cup of white vinegar before using them for the first time. The vinegar will help set the dyes and keep the colors more resilient. Plus, running the towels through a laundry cycle will reduce the shedding that can often be found in new towels. 2) Launder Your Towels Together If you don’t want your towels to pill, launder them only with other towels. What is a “pill”? It’s when short fabric fibers rub together with the long fibers of bath towels, causing them to bunch and create little nubs on the fabric, or “pills.” Over drying can also lead to pills, so keep an eye on your drying time. 3) Wash Towels in Small Laundry Loads Trying to wash and dry too many towels at once can damage your washing machine and interfere with your dryer’s ability to dry your towels properly. An overstuffed load of towels in your dryer won’t allow enough air circulation to fluff up the fibers. Instead, a too-full load will mat down fibers, causing your towels to come out stiff instead of soft. 4) Avoid Fabric Softener This may seem like a contradiction, but fabric softeners can actually damage your towels. Fabric softeners cause buildup and can mat your fibers down, which causes stiffness and a decrease in absorbency.

Third time
My third purchase of these so obviously I like them a lot. I use them at the gym and when I am outside running so they absorb a lot of sweat yet still stay fresh after washing for over a year. Soft to the skin and I have had no trouble with pilling that someone else mentioned. 12 x 44 when my previous ones were 11 x 38 so they have gotten a little longer if that is an issue for you. It is not for me. The seller provided fantastic customer service when I wanted a different package quantity for the color I wanted then was listed on Amazon. They responded immediately to my inquiry and accommodated my request. i couldn't have asked for more.

Good towel, but too long.
Awkwardly long, but good quality. I wanted something to use instead of the complementary gym towels during my run, but this is too long. I can't really drape it on the treadmill, and I'm not a sexy heroine from the 80s so I won't drape it around my shoulders. It's too big rolled up to fit in the cupholders or even in the little tray thing. I've started using the towel for yoga instead, as the loom/material quality of the towels is way better than the yoga hand towel I got from a major yoga brand - especially because it isn't that weird fake microfiber material that snags on everything.

Price, Quality, Shipping
The price was right first of all compared to other spa towels. I wanted a towel TOWEL, not a fru-fru-soft-as-velvet-boudoir-towelette. BTW: When I was researching spa towels I read that using fabric softener and dryer sheets with towels will reduce absorbency. I placed my first order for the 2 towel set. Prompt delivery appreciated because I live in the tropics of southern FL. I use the towels around my neck just about everywhere, walking dogs, in the yard, in the car. The reason I only gave this item 4 stars is because after washing I noticed that the towels shrunk 2”. However that didn’t stop me from ordering 2 more towel

Poor quality due to pilling after several washes
These towels were purchased as a gift for my husband to use after working out at home on an exercise bike. Of course I washed them before he used them but they left quite a bit of blue lint when he tried to wipe off some sweat. So I washed them again and then again. You can see in the photo the blue lint that is still coming off the towel after three washings. The blue towel was washed with another towel and collected lint as well as leaving a lot of lint on the other towels. These are not the quality they are advertised as having. So disappointed.

These towels seem like a higher quality than any other towel I've ever seen. Right off the back I can already say that these will be long lasting towels. What is really special about these towels is that you can use the for indoors and outdoors. It's just Great for a number of occasions such as bathing, boating, sports, traveling and more. These towels will provide me with better cleaning, higher quality and longer lasting uses. I have to say I'm very impressed with these towels! I've never seen such nice quality towels. This is highly recommended by me.

Good product.
Perfect size. Colorfast. My husband uses them to do exercises the physical therapist recommended and they ar the perfect length and width. They are soft on his skin too.

Great for the gym
Great customer service. Perfect towels for the gym. I love the variety of colors in the set. Nice upgrade from the old ratty, scratchy towels i had. These are soft and beautiful.

Nice cotton towels
These are a nice size and super soft. I don’t care for microfiber towels, so I was looking for cotton. Nice mix of colors. Great for our “at home” gym!
