Very nice kit!
For the money this kit is a great deal. The pouch that the items come in is an added bonus! The blenders may not be as sturdy as some of the more expensive brands but you get so many of them that it isn't an issue. This is my second time ordering this kit and I'm very happy with the product as I use the items almost every day.

Tools to help beginners
The tools work well for me. They are very simple to use for a beginner. I believe if you are going to be doing something use the tools available. I just started adult coloring to help with my carpal tunnel in my right hand. So far I have seen some improvement.
