Hi, thanks for the question. At this time our Ice formula is only available in Original Fresh scent, which is fairly mild and not medicinal like typical cooling powders.

Is the difference between the Ice version and the regular just more cooling power?

I bought the "ICE" version, and there was no cooling action at all. I ended up returning the powder because Gold Bond works better, in my opinion.
