I was really impressed by how much light this produces. I installed today and it seems fairly well made. It's not quite as bright as I was expecting. It's in a 12x6 shed and it's enough light to see and move around but not enough that you could comfortably read a book. It serves my purpose which is to not impale myself on a tool in the darkness. The solar panel is attached to the bracket via 2 thumb screws. Warning: there is a nut on the backside that is not attached. If you remove the thumbscrews from the mount bracket, the 2 nuts will fall off and disappear into the grass never to be seen again. I plugged the panel into the light and even in indirect light on a cloudy day the charging led on the light came on. The biggest questions with these solar lights is the longevity of the solar panel. That is always the part that fails as it bakes in the sun and rain all day long. The cord is plenty long 10' or so) but it has a screw on cap to waterproof the connection. This means that if you are drilling a hole to run the cable from the outside, you are going to need a pretty big hole just so the cap passes through.. probably a 1/2* at least.

The light is a little smaller than I expected. In a 10×10 gazebo, it only lights up part of the area. However, it is very easy to install, requires no wiring, and the remote control is very convenient to use. It works well for backyard use. The charging performance is good, and it provides sufficient lighting throughout the night.

The lights were easy enough to install. The screws are poor quality and that should have been a warning about the lights. I bought a set of two as I have two sheds that need lights. The instructions were followed and the units were allowed to fully charge for a day before turning them on. Neither light was very bright...you can stare at them without concern and see the individual LEDs. While they "work" the one was so dim that it made almost no difference to the ambient lighting in the shed. They're going back. I do wish that the quality of these sorts of lights improves. Its a good idea, but a poor implementation.
