Recently bought the silver one and it looks sleek and elegant. The blades are easy to mount and the tool feels solid. At first I was worried that it might be a bit tough to use, compared to disposable razors, but you get the hang of it quite quickly. The fact that the razor is a bit heavy is great as it helps with precision. Gives off that elegant old-school shave vibe. The skin was super smooth after shaving and I did not have any irritation bumps. All in all super clean shave, good feeling while using it and the fact that it’s much more sustainable than disposable razors is amazing. Helps reduce plastic use and I believe it’s gonna help save a lot of money in the long run.

I’ve been using this for a week now and I’m really impressed. I was a bit nervous switching from disposable razors, but it turned out to be a great decision! its really sleek and feels solid, not cheaply made at all. The grip is good too, so it’s easy to handle even in the shower. The shave itself is very close and smooth, and I’ve actually had less irritation compared to my old razors. It doesn’t clog like multi-blade ones either, which is a bonus. Just a heads up—it doesn’t come with blades, so you’ll need to buy those separately. But overall, I’d definitely recommend it. I brought this as I wanted a zero plastic alternative to disposable razors. It’s definitely more cost effective than my Venus razor as 100 blades costs about £8, which is far less than a pack of new Venus heads. Plus, on each blade you get two sides so when one side gets blunt you just switch to the other. When I started using it I was a little nervous about the whole blade thing, I was cautious at first but it’s just as easy and safe to use as my previous razor. It is a different way of shaving and it takes a while to get used to. Once you get the best angle for a smooth shave then you’ve mastered it. This razor doesn’t have a flexible head (like a Venus rasor) so you have to use shorter strokes because it doesn’t adjust to your curves, which takes longer to donin the shower as a woman doing a larger area, such as your legs. But it’s no bad thing if you can take your time in a relaxing bath with some candles. I would recommend it to my friends. It’s well made, well weighted so you don’t add pressure when you shave and I haven’t cut myself yet - so it’s safe for novices.

Really happy with it. Feels solid and premium (I have purchased silver), looks great in the bathroom, and honestly makes the whole routine more enjoyable. Way easier to use than I expected. You just swap the blade when needed and that's it. This was my first time using this kind of razor. Wish I'd started using DE razors earlier! Lovely weight to it and feels solidly built; it really will last a lifetime. Plus, a DE razor is more eco-friendly. No complaints!

These are great. I bought this for my pa Rtner and she loves it. I bought my one about 6 years ago and still use it I use derby blades and these fit perfectly. Keep recommending this type of razor as they are great, less irritation than a conventional razor and ultimatley much much cheaper

Everything is a s described. Also know that the package includes 5 blades, so if you want to just try it out first, you don't need to buy lots of blades. After five blades you should know if this is for you. Going back to basics from a ridiculously expensive Gillette Fusion 5. Be patient, take you time, you will need to learn how to angle the head to your face, but my biggest challenge was not applying pressure and letting the weight of the head and the angle do the work. Apparently using the Fusion has given me a habit of pressing quite hard and not adjusting the angle due to the pivoting head. A few nicks the first time out, but by the third shave I got control of that.
