This is a great beach umbrella. It’s lightweight and portable for easy carrying to the beach. Also easy to set up myself which is saying a lot for me! It handles the wind for the most part, especially if you have it lowered a bit. I did take it all the way down once but it was extremely windy and I didn’t want to take a chance of it breaking. Overall a good purchase. Perfect for a typical beach day. Provides good coverage for one person, possibly two.

This is a very sturdy and easy to set up umbrella. It’s also very big and provides great protection from the sun. Expensive but worth it.

This has been one of the best purchases for my family. My husband loves the size and ease of it. He does not have to carry a huge tent through the sand and put it up. This umbrella offers enough protection for a family of four and has held up so well. It is stylish and the colors are night and fun. It is easy to set up and stays in the sand once assembled . It is wind resistance and will not fall down. Great purchase if you are tired of the huge expensive tents.

I live at the beach and ONLY see Tommy bahama umbrellas so we purchased one and upon opening the first time, it broke. Obviously frustrating as beach umbrellas are meant to withstand normal beach wind without bending.

This umbrella works great. Fill the flaps with sand to help anchor it. Does the job.

I was surprised by how well this umbrella stays in place. The adjustable base works smoothly, and the sand anchor really holds tight. It gives plenty of shade, and the fabric feels durable. Perfect for the beach or the backyard.

Works very well on Northeast Florida beaches, sturdy and easy to put in the sand. I appreciate how lightweight it is for carrying but I wish the strap on the bag was a thicker material. It’s limiting to only enough shade for 2 people but it works great for enough shade for my little family

We’ve had 2 Tommy bahama umbrellas for 10 years that are still wonderful. We purchased this two for a trip to the beach with a larger group, but didn’t realize that they were going to be different. This version was very sturdy in the wind, but the mechanics seem cheap and will not last. One already broke on the 2nd use. I recommend you spend the extra money for the nicer umbrellas from Tommy bahama.

Der Anker ist zwar gut, aber nach einem windigen Tag am Mittelmeer drehte sich der Schirm von innen nach aussen und das viel zu dünne Gestänge war sofort kaputt. Wir fanden Tommy Bahama Produkte bisher zear gut, vor allem die Stühle, der Schirm ist aber absolut nicht zu empfehlen
