Works great
Easy. Convenient. No fuss for kids who are curios as heck. Adults use as well - it’s the same as going to the ER for saline due to congestion or whatever. Price is good too. Will buy again!! Otherwise it works to break down snotty noses. It also held with a bad cough. It does wet your face in case your wondering. I used it for about 5-8 minutes for myself and each of my kids one night at the early signs of a cold and we were good after that. And there’s still more left. I use to use saline drops and even sometimes had to squeeze the product into their nostrils forcefully like a sniff thing, but this product is soft and easy all you have to do is breath normally.

Ease of use
Vicks Sinex Saline Mist has become my go-to solution for daily nasal care, offering gentle yet effective relief without the concerns of medicated sprays. The isotonic saline formula provides just the right concentration, making it comfortable for frequent use while effectively moisturizing dried nasal passages. What sets this product apart is its ultra-fine mist delivery system. Unlike some saline sprays that feel like they're flooding your sinuses, this one disperses a perfect amount with each spray. The mist is so fine that it reaches deep into the nasal passages, providing thorough cleansing and hydration without any uncomfortable runoff or dripping. I particularly appreciate the convenience of the bottle design. The ergonomic shape fits comfortably in hand, and the nozzle delivers consistent spray pressure every time. The bottle is also perfectly sized for travel, making it easy to maintain nasal health on the go. The clear bottle allows you to easily monitor how much solution remains. After several months of regular use, I've noticed significantly fewer instances of nasal dryness and congestion. It's especially helpful during air travel, in dry office environments, or during allergy season. Unlike medicated sprays, there's no worry about dependency or rebound effects. For anyone seeking a gentle, natural way to maintain nasal health or seeking relief from dry, irritated nasal passages, Vicks Sinex Saline Mist delivers exceptional performance. Its combination of effective formula, superior spray delivery, and convenient packaging makes it a standout choice in the category. A must-have for year-round nasal care.

Baby/kid friendly sinus mist
This Sinex nasal mist really helped to make a difference when my toddler had RSV. He seemed to be more tolerant of this version instead of a spray inserted into his nostrils. Less mess and fuss from little ones!

Easy to use anywhere and Effective
For when you don’t want to wrestle your tired, sick, and sad baby/toddler but you still want them to breathe better when they have a stuffy nose… We’ve tried nasal spray, saline syringes, and running a hot shower. Here’s how we would rate in terms of ease of use for parents and children: 1. Sitting in a closed bathroom with the hot shower running 2. THIS Saline Easy Mist 3. Saline Nose spray 4. Saline in a Syringe Yes, it is easier to run a hot shower and breathe in that vapor but it might not be the best option if you need hot water elsewhere in the house or you want to sit somewhere other than the bathroom. My one year old found this odd at first. She didn’t like it pressing on her face but she would allow it to be near her. After a couple of minutes of use she was breathing better due to its moisturizing effect and we were also able to use a Nose Friday to clear the loosened snot. We used this a lot during one bout of sickness and it did not run out! Had a good value for the prize.

Good product with a slight drawback
We love this mist and mask combination and have been using it on our baby since his first real cold that he caught around 3 1/2 months old. He got used to the mist and the mask quickly and it was much easier than squirting drops up his nose (but we do that sometimes too). We feel like it makes a difference with his stuffy noses which he is always catching at daycare. Unfortunately where we get hung up is why the refill pack is more expensive than the starter pack. We wish that for eco-friendly purposes the refill would be less expensive to encourage everyone to wash and reuse the masks and contribute to less plastic waste.

May be best for child a little older.
This is a great product! The issue I have is trying to get the mask on my 25 month old's face and keeping it there. It is like a rush of the humidifier in one application. When they are too young to know how to blow their nose, and you cannot get the boogie puller hose to stay up against their nose and keep it there long enough to be effective, this is very helpful! It has no scent to it, the mask fits well. I would say, to please do not apply it to your own face, (with all the germs), and then, put it to your child's face... Also, try to keep it out of their eyes. The steam is not hot or warm. if you can get the mask applied correctly, and for the correct amount of time, the value is priceless, to see your little one getting better. The comfort level for them is not going to be good. But it is worth it, if you can do it right.
