Love this banana flour
I love banana flour. Not just because it's a resistant starch but I can use it one to one for any baking needs and there's no banana flavor to throw off the recipe.

Excellent quality, fine ground powder.I will be purchasing again
Came very well packaged as a pleasant smooth, slight sweet smell. It is ground to a fine powder. No clumps came fresh a tight heavy duty ziploc bag, you can reseal it. Works great with making breads, cakes and pies. It has a lot of health benefits to a lot more that regular flour does not have. and it gives it that extra bit of sweetness while you're getting a dose of potassium, it's an excellent price too, and it was a very good quality, I will be purchasing this again.

It’s a win
Wanted to try something different. Tried this in my banana bread and I’m pleasantly surprised. The texture is not quite the same as regular flour so there are adjustments however can easily search what parts of what to use instead. The banana bread came out great and most people didn’t notice much of a difference!

We love this banana flour
We love this banana flour, but find it too crumbly for the flat bread we make. It tastes better than all the other brands - more like fluffy pastry flour. It's absolutely delicious. We are now mixing it with another brand by Let's Do Organic and it's the perfect combination because Let's Do Organic brand is a little too dense and doesn't have the good flavor. We mix the two, add water and sea salt. Then roll into quarterish size (little larger) balls and roll out with a rolling pin on floured cutting board until very flat. Use metal spatula to get them off the cutting board in one piece. We fry them on med high cast iron skillet in coconut oil. they make a perfect tortilla. We use them for tacos, eat them with cinnamon as a treat. We are avoiding grain for health reasons and this stuff is really satisfying. It's definitely a dessert for us!

Helps me with satiety along with some other things
I take it with my morning & afternoon protein shake. Seems to help me be a little more satiated along with a few other things. I’ll share the other things in case there's a synergistic effect, but I was already taking the other things before adding this about 2 months later & this addition has been notably beneficial. More info than you’ll need on the other things, but eh whatever, like I said I’ll share in case there’s a synergistic effect: MCT Oil, EAA’s, Whey Protein Powder, Relora, Berberine, glycine, fish oil, olive oil, electrolytes (I just make my own from magnesium, Baja gold salt & potassium so I can better control the amount & it’s cheaper), one of the following or a small mix of the three: (small of each so it isn’t overly calming) L Theanine, Lemon Balm Extract, Rhodiola Rosea. I also take fiber, but probably just in the morning on weekends, sometimes weekdays, just depends, and then always in the late afternoon/early evening (either PGX which works really well, Glucommanan or Fenugreek). And then there are some other things like OEA, that aren’t as consistent, but I’ll leave it at those.

This brand was a bit too grainy for my taste
Not bad but definitely not as fine as other banana flours I have tried. Almost like a fine grit, also has a bit of a different taste that took a little time to adjust to. I wouldn't return it but I'm probably not going to reorder this one.
