I have been using this for a few months now and I love it. For me it worked very fast. I sleep better and definitely a difference in bowel movements. It has helped with cravings and it has helped with some weight loss. But I had to also put in the time with workouts. I was using a probiotic before but this is way better. Everyone is different, so you have to keep searching for the right one that works with your body.

Vegan, non-gmo, soy, dairy and gluten free. Gentle on your stomach and with the live Akkermansia muciniphilia live probiotics it is gentle on your stomach and dissolves easily as well as no bad taste. You can take it on an empty stomach and mixes with any water or food. It is a great value and aids in feeling great with energy level and appetite.

After the first 2 weeks I noticed I wasn't craving sweets as much. After the 1st month I noticed I was losing weight and by the 2nd month I had dropped 10lbs and a dress size.Did I couple this with exercise and mostly healthy eating, YES. But I had been doing the exact same thing before I took this and the scale and inches didnt budge.No pain, no taste, just a nice tool to help keep me working towards my goals!

I’m not sure how to feel about these supplements. It’s going on 30 days. There’s absolutely no change in the way I feel nor look. So we will see.

While I find this ro be a good probiotic, it had no craving reduction, or weight control or loss.

I have been taking this for two months. Results took some time to begin as you would expect with a probiotic. I feel more full on less food, and have had fewer cravings. It has been helpful to allow me to work on the mental part of weight loss and snacking- “are you hungry or are you bored/sad/mad etc”.

Did not work for me. Not going to say it won’t work for everyone, but it had zero effect on my appetite. If anything it made BMs irregular, as in less frequent and harder to evacuate.Quit taking it 3 days ago, BMs back to normal.This product is most likely a placebo effect on many of the other people. But placebo effects are real and if the results are real. If it works it works.

Was disappointed at first, then I read the instructions! Open capsule and drink in water, juice or smoothie. It eliminates that feeling of wanting something to eat. No taste so it’s easy to use.

Not sure if its working but Im taking it everyday haven’t seen results yet
