I love this helmet and so do the crew at my local bike shop! First of all, if I am going to wear a helmet for my safety, I love that it is cute, stylish, and safe! It is very lightweight and fits great. It is sturdy yet stylish. I live in Florida, and I was concerned it would be too hot to wear, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well-ventilated it is. I think the hole for locking the helmet to the bike is sheer genius. I like that it has a place on the back for a reflector, adding another layer of safety. I wished that they sold it together. It was worth the investment even though it went on sale almost immediately after I purchased it at full price.

Bought for my husband, because I love his brain. This is a fine, super high quality helmet. Attractive and not too bubble headed. The dial adjuster is a big plus, as well as the hole to run your chain through. My husband is French and loves the tricolor design of this one, and it also has leather straps which is very nice. I like that it’s rated for more dangerous activities than he has planned. Don’t go cheap on a helmet. This one is a bit expensive, but super high quality, comfortable, and so stylish. Get it!

Amazing helmet ! Fits perfectly and I have a tiny head. Very comfortable and sturdy. And light weight. Looks super good and easy to adjust to size you want. Chin strap is nice too especially with the magnet buckle

Was trying to decide white with red white blue, black with stripes, or an abstract design. Went with the phantom black one since my GS recumbent trike is black with yellow trim. Figured I could add yellow pin stripes to the helmet later. Most helmets have an issue fitting my oval head. Not this Thousand. Loosened the adjuster, put it on — ahh, instant comfort!! No side to side rocking, no issues with it rocking fore or aft. The magnetic clasp took me a few tries to get it connected. Takes a bit of practice. Unclasping is easy. Strap fits well, not too snug nor loose. And where I’m losing hair more forward and sun chafes it, or bugs get suck in what hair is there, this helmet stops all that! Sun is blocked in that area, no bug issues either. So my next concern was cooling. Well, that was laid to rest sit felt like a mini-air conditioner was built in. Plenty of cooling. Even stationary in 90° heat this helmet was comfortable; was not sweating. Once I got to riding the cooling was really optimum. The rim does cover the eyes well, although either there was a clip on extended visor. Recumbent trikes lay back a bit more the cycles. Still a comfortable helmet. Looks cool, rides cool. Comfortable. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and light weight. At first glance it looks like it has no padding but its soft and comfortable on your head. Chin buckle is magnetic snap too so no pinch point but doesnt break away just from pulling.
