I decided to allow her to wear only hair color that is washable or clip in. I purchased this for an event where she had wear her team colors and this looked quick and easy to apply. She eventually tried all the colors. It was so easy to apply that she did it herself. The colors showed nicely on her dark brown hair. However, it is chalk so it doesn’t stay on long, but her hair is also long so it rubbed off easily on her clothes. Maybe it’ll work better on an up-do. All the colors showed bright, even the yellow. It looked really cute. It was also easy to wash out, she was able to do it herself during her bath time. I recommend if you’re using it for a day or event.
