Worst product
Worst product. U can olny to view and clear codes for free. If u want to use special function then u purchase some credits. There is no active customer service. Olny BOT replied. I lost Rs. 6800 for pro vag pack for 1 year. But pack didn't get activate and no one can help me

What all purchasers should know
Other customers, who are newbees regarding OBD11 -2, should know, that, if ever there's any problem in opening your account or anything else regarding this must-have item for all VW/Skoda etc. owners, FIKAR MAT, as Modex - in the form of Mr. Rushil Sanghvi will be there to guide you. This is my first day of ownership of the gadget. I was facing certain difficulties. Mr. Sanghvi with his patient support guided me all the way. He also made me a member of the OBD11 Group in India.The experience made me fill confident and I felt I will always have someone to guide me if ever there is any difficulty.
