I decided to self-wean off the medication but it caused debilitating migraines and “brain zaps”. I really understood why some people never quit because the withdraw symptoms are so bad. But I decided to take this to help get through it. It works! Within a few days or starting the pills I felt less headache symptoms, haven’t had a migraine, and brain zaps are reduced. I still get them occasionally but a lot less. As mentioned above, the only drawback is that it seems to make my pee very bright yellow. Like neon almost like Mountain Dew. It doesn’t bother me and I think it is due to the bright color of the pill. I will continue taking this vitamin to the end of the bottle and consider reordering for other benefits but it has helped me kick Zoloft! **Q: My first bottle of these were blue. My current bottle is orange. Has there been a formula change it coating change?**
A: It was a formula change, or they may be selling expired pills. I have used this product for over a decade and it always prevented migraines. As soon as I started taking the new orange pill version I started getting migraines consistently. This supplement no longer works for me. I emailed the company regarding the change and they did not respond. Very disappointed in this company and the new product formulation. I would advise purchasing a different brand of supplement.

A: Not labeled as gluten free. Does not contain yeast, milk, soy, salt, artificial flavorings or preservatives.

A: For the one I just bought it is March 2022.

My daughter has been using these for years. They contain all the vitamins recommended for people with migraines in a single pill. It is actually more economical to buy this instead of getting all the vitamins separately and more convenient to take. She does notice a difference when she doesn't take them.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seem to help reduce migraines

After about a month of taking one pill a day, the occurrence of headaches / migraines seems to have reduced. It did not seem like it was helping at all for the first several weeks, but around day 27 my daily, constant, low-grade background headache seemed to lift. I’ve had a couple of headaches since, but it IS helping. It’s not a cure-all, that’s for sure. But any relief feels like a miracle when Tylenol and ibuprofen haven’t done anything to help for a long time. So even though it may not seem to be doing anything for a -while- keep taking it! Give it at least a month before you decide it isn’t helping. (There’s 60 tablets, so you should be able to tell without buying a second bottle) I will be buying this regularly. For me, it helps. The annoying thing is it makes urine a bright highlighter yellow, every day. It doesn’t stop doing that even after you’ve taken it a while.
