GARBAGE!!! 2nd REPLACEMENT same issues.
DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS. Will not let you post an HONEST REVIEW. I was only allowed to load one video. Came to check on my review several weeks later and it was still waiting for approval.?? (Changed the stars to 5 stars to bypass and it posted). I made a call to amazon customer service about this whole scammer behavior. I ordered the set - Teapot and Toaster duo. Using the toaster on the lowest setting possible (1.0) the toast BURNED and SMOKED pretty bad. Returned the toaster thinking this is a fluke and ordered a replacement. The replacement came, and the above video is the REPLACEMENT toaster. Exactly the same issue! It’s so unfortunate that products are not being tested for functionality. This should be the number one priority if you are a legit shop. This is an actual fire starter! I’m not kidding. I dared to switch the knob all the way to the highest setting - 6.0 because if my kiddos snag the knob at some point accidentally as they have done in the past I wanted to see what will happen to our house. I didn’t have the toast in there longer that 20 seconds before it started smoking actual black smoke and my kitchen was filled with smoke.

Toaster is Not Wide Slot.
Returned the whole package because of the Toaster. Said it was a wide slot toaster on the description, which is false.
