Use it for rucking and lifting. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great vest, but a little inconvenient to get in and out of *by S***N on 27 August 2025* I want to like this weight vest so bad, but I'm not sure I'll be able to keep it. It's as comfortable as a weighted vest can be, looks great, and appears to be of good quality. However, I have a previous back injury, and for some reason, this particular vest caused a sciatica flare up. That may have more to do with the weight of the inserts rather than the vest itself, so I still gave the vest 5 stars. With the 20lb inserts, it was super hard on the back and shoulders, they felt was heavier than how it feels to carry 20lbs in your hands. The vest itself is very adjustable and stays in place when you run or are moving a lot. It is a little bit of a hassle to get in and out of though, definitely not as convenient as the ones that you can just throw on and snap together.
