Vacmaster 400 Series Portable Carpet & Upholstery Spot Cleaner Machine

I got this for the suction power (16 kpa) and the battery (24v, 2 ah, fast charging). It's essentially an updated model of the Kenmore Spotlite Go Cordless which is also on Amazon (the Kenmore is priced a bit higher, has none of the extra attachments, but does come with a larger capacity battery of 4.4 ah). I actually bought an extra battery for the Vacmaster 600 which is on Amazon (4.0 ah), so now I have this monster machine with 2 batteries (2.0 ah + 4.0 ah) that has all the attachments, never runs out of power and literally charges full in less than an hour. It's amazing. The performance and suction power is great and of course the cordless factor is truly indespensible once you're spoiled by it. I can't imagine messing with a cord every time I use this thing, and I use it a lot because of my pets. So if you truly want a battery powered spot cleaner that has great suction, a large quick charging battery (with a bigger battery you can purchase separately), a boat load of attachments including a crevice tool, wide path wand and hose cleaner, clean & dirty water containers that are easy to access and maintain (the main reason why I didn't want the little bissel cordless) and is priced lower than most of the battery powered machines currently available then this is the one. Or get the Kenmore Spotlite Go Cordless for a little bit more (it just lacks the crevice tool and wide carpet tool, but it's the same machine).

I have been looking at portable carpet cleaners for a long time. I finally decided to purchase one after one of my dogs had a bout with diarrhea. I compared all of the name brand ones but either the power cord was too short or the hose wasn’t long enough based on customer ratings/comments. Then I came upon the Vacmaster 400 Series. It was reasonably priced and had everything an OCD clean freak would ever want. Not only does it have a special attachment to put on the end of the hose to clean the hose out after use, the top of the Tough Stain Nozzle comes off so you can clean the fur and dirt from the attachment. It used to drive me crazy that I could never get under the top piece to clean that out. I used it on the 2 soiled spots on my carpet and it cleaned it up beautifully. The suction power was great too. It was easy to use and large enough to do multiple areas. The tanks are even tested for leakage before leaving the factory. I purchased the blue one, and love how it looks. It is compact and easy to store. It was one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

So far it has been a terrific little machine. It doesn't take much space to store and can quickly clean up an animal accident or spill. Suction seems very good and the tank was extremely easy to empty and rinse out I have used it two times since I got it. I like the long hose and am waiting to do the car upholstery soon. Much easier to use than a traditional upright shampoo machine.

Works great so far. I like how I can clean out the entire dirty tank. On other brands there is just a tiny pour spout to empty, but this is big and open and I can really clean it out well between uses. I haven't tried the hose cleaner yet but will as soon as I clean something extra gross

I am shocked at how well this worked! My carpet was only a year old when a small dog I was keeping for a friend peed on it in several places. I tried getting it up with standard spot remover but the pee circle just wouldn't completely go away. After several months of noticing the stains every time I entered the living room, I was about to call Stanley steamer to try cleaning it when hubby found a YouTube video on this gadget because his dad's carpet also had some stains from food spills. We decided that for the reasonable price it was worth a shot. Glad we did! Took me 15 mins and those pee stains are GONE. It worked on the food stains too! It is very easy to use. I am seriously impressed.

Works well my mom is in a wheelchair and shes able to use this to clean most all of her furniture without it being too heavy. And attachments are easy use it does not leak and retrieves all the water leaving it barely damp.

This works so great! The suction is powerful it cleaned every spot on the throw rugs! Easy to carry and store.

Overall, I'm happy with this machine. It does a great job cleaning upholstery and carpets. I like that it sprays the cleaning solution while simultaneously extracting the dirty water, making the cleaning process very effective. My only complaint is that the water tanks seem a bit fragile and can crack easily. If those parts were made more durable, this would be an excellent product.

Used this once for 5 minutes and then it stopped working. Can't get it to start again. Checked plugs and everything!

Muy buen producto, no pese que lograra tanta succión del líquido que aplicas para lavar. Agrega en tu compra un cepillo para que puedas tallar ciertas partes en donde lo llega el cabezal.

Stopped working after a minute and started smelling like it was burning. Not safe to use so have requested a return on the same day it arrived. So disappointed, I was so excited to use this!
