Great for practicing taekwondo. Thick padded to prevent injuries

After only 2 months my kid managed to break one. Idk what he was hitting it against. But I've felt better knowing the kids are hitting each other with something padded rather than using wooden sticks. The inside is just regular pvc pipe. But if you're just trying to give your kids a safer way to hit one another, I fully recommend these

They are so well-balanced and easy to spin. The foam is high quality and well cut. Great weight.

These are pretty good for light sparring or kids. I plan to try inserting dowels to strengthen them. Worth the price, though.

What an awesome set of practice bo staffs. I like how it comes with two of them so you can practice with a friend, or if you're crazy like me and you dual wield each staff. Regardless, how you plan to use these, this is a nice set of staffs along with a nice carrying case to come with it. Everything I would hope for with a great value and a great price.

I ordered the F.A.L. Foam Padded Practice Staff for my kids who have now been promoted to weapons training at their martial arts school. The equipment is well constructed for tough use, and the carry bag is handy for carrying the staff without the risk of the foam material getting snagged and ripped; other kids’ staff are covered with tape because of this. The weight and size match the instructor’s requirements, and the kids are having a lot of fun learning with this set.
