Not yet been able to use as the printer I bought them for came with a starter pack.

I’ve been using the TN248XL toner with my Brother DCP-L3560CDW printer, and although the printer warns that using non-genuine cartridges will void the warranty, I’m perfectly okay with that. Considering the exorbitant cost of Brother’s original cartridges, switching to this alternative has been a game-changer. After just a few replacements, the savings alone could easily cover the cost of a new printer! The performance is excellent. Print quality is sharp and vibrant, with no noticeable difference compared to genuine cartridges. Installation was straightforward, and despite the printer flagging it as non-genuine, it has worked seamlessly without any issues. For anyone hesitating about using a non-genuine product, I’d say go for it. The value for money is unbeatable, and the long-term savings far outweigh the initial hesitation. If you’re on a budget but still want top-notch print results, this is the perfect solution.

They are not compatible the outer casing is different so the lid of the printer will not close.

Plesse to say all the cartridges work in my Brother printer.

Having searched the internet for quiet a while, I found the Perfect Item to replace the used Manufactures Cartridges. The product was very Reasonably Priced. This item provided a longer Toner Life than the Cartridges supplied with the New Printer, and was Compatible with my Brother Printer. Installation was Relatively Simple, once I had worked out the process to install the new Cartridges into the Holder. I believe the Print Quality closely matches/or equals the Quality of the Original Toner. I would be very happy to purchase additional Toner Cartridges in Future, when Replacements are needed.

The product has been very good so far, and the price is reasonable. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

Very pleased. Although there were no instructions on how to install, which would have been useful as this was the first time that I have had to change the toners, the installation was straightforward and the new toners functioned immediately with no error messages. As these are XL products, they should last and, therefore, be at a relatively good price. Needed to identify a recycling option.

Amazing items, especially as the genuine ones are very very expensive and linked to specific subscriptions, its clear and easy to use. Cant comment on the duration of use yet but at 1/4 of the price I am sure it will be better.

Rien à redire, ces cartouches d'encre font parfaitement le job ! ​Installation : Reconnues immédiatement par mon imprimante, aucun message d'erreur. ​Qualité d'impression : Les couleurs sont vives, le noir est bien profond et le rendu sur papier est très propre (pas de bavures ni de traînées). ​Livraison : Emballage soigné et envoi rapide grâce à Amazon. ​C'est une excellente alternative qui permet de faire de vraies économies sans sacrifier la qualité. Je recommanderai sans hésiter !

Ich habe die Packung für meinen Vater (80 Jahre) bestellt, der das Toner wechseln bisher immer problemlos hingekriegt hat. Diesmal hat er angerufen, weil der Drucker nach dem Tausch der vier Kartuschen nicht wollte und immer auf Öffnen der Abdeckung bestanden hat. Ich bin dann vorbeigefahren und habe es selbst versucht. Gleiches Ergebnis. Aber dann hat er gedruckt, als ich Black und Magenta gegeneinander getauscht habe, zwar mit Magenta statt schwarz, aber er hat. Die Ursache war dann schnell gefunden: auf den beiden Kartuschen wurden die ID-Chips vertauscht, der für Schwarz war auf der Kartusche mit Magenta und umgekehrt. Mit einem Kreuzschraubendreher waren die Chips mit ihrer Farbmarkierung in kurzer Zeit getauscht und alles war gut. Ansonsten sind die Kartuschen gut und funktionsfähig. Aber dieser Fehler ist gerade für wenig technikaffine Menschen sehr ärgerlich. Der Verkäufer ist von sich aus auf mich zugekommen und hat wegen des entstandenen Chaos zeitnah eine gute Kompensation angeboten. Deswegen auf fünf Sterne hochgesetzt.

L’installation a été facile, et la qualité d’impression est excellente, que ce soit pour des documents en noir et blanc ou en couleur. Les impressions sont nettes, sans bavure, et le toner dure longtemps, ce qui est parfait pour un usage régulier. Le service client est aussi très réactif et professionnel. J’ai reçu un message de remerciement très attentionné, ce qui montre un vrai souci de satisfaction client. En plus, les cartouches sont garanties à vie, ce qui donne encore plus confiance dans le produit. Je recommande vivement ce produit pour tous ceux qui cherchent un bon rapport qualité/prix avec un service fiable.
