LOVE my coffee machine
So happy with my new coffee machine! Saves me money going out to buy a Costa everyday! The coffees are so good as long as you get the right beans but the machine itself is great! It can be a bit noisy when you first turn it on but I donโt mind. The coffee always comes out perfect drinking temperature. Itโs easy to use once you get the hang of it and easy to clean as well

Good machine
If youโre anything like me, youโre wonder how easy this thing is to clean, so I included a video. As you can see, the icon for a full waste pops up, open the door, pull it out. I use a little plastic bag in there to make life easier. Itโs not required. Overall this coffee machine is good! I used to use the milk pot but honestly got bored of it. Coffee comes out at a drinkable heat, the water capacity is fine - makes me confident that itโs using fresh water. Dead easy to use, as loud as coffee machines tend to be. The only issue is the ground coffee shoot - steam comes out of there so you have to pour dry coffee into a damp hard to reach channel. Itโs the biggest spot for mould. I use it sparingly however and a kitchen roll through it is easy enough but something to remember to clean after every use

Brilliant coffee machine - Worth every penny!!
I was slightly sceptical after reading a few reviews, but I took a chance as our previous bean-to-cup machine completely broke down, so we needed a quick replacement without spending a fortune. This machine is definitely worth the money! It makes a lovely coffee with the perfect crema on top. It doesnโt take long to get to grips with the touchscreen, and youโll soon find the setting that suits you best. If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that the machine turns off rather than going into standby mode. However, it heats up quickly, so itโs not really an issue. If youโre in two minds about purchasing, Iโd say go for it! It looks and performs like a fully automatic machine at twice the price!

Poor build quality, failed after 3mths use
A review of 2 halves. Purchased 8th July 2025. Easy setup, operation, cleaning, descaling etc. Made really nice flavour coffees for every pallette. Loved the fact you could use pre ground coffee too. Best feature was the programmable individual brews by pressing and holding the used function and leting go when sufficient water/milk for your taste. Only niggle in day to day use was you couldn't use an espresso grind in the pre-ground option. It's just too fine and caused it to block. (Same with decaf, it blocked the filter) Then today (10th Nov 2025) after only 3months of use (because for 4 weeks we were out of the country) the integrated milk hopper refused to register. After much wiggling, a descale, full clean and a damn good swearing session it still didn't function. Cue Beko (lack of) customer service. Pushed from pillar to post, cut off; called again, cut off; 3rd time a charm? Nope, cut off again so gave up. Started a chat with Amazon, who went thru process of have I cleaned it etc etc, then wanted to put me in touch with Beko again. After explaining again that they have already failed to help on 3 occasions by cutting me off and ultimately my contract is with Amazon as the retailer, and the machine is not fit for purpose; they then offered a return and refund. Good on Amazon for resolving and cracking customer service Shame on Beko for shocking customer service and piss poor product quality. This is a ยฃ400ish bit of kit that should have given years of service. Unfortunately it had worse build quality than Fisher Price toys Based on the customer service from Beko, I shall now avoid their products, because I can't rely on them to deliver the goods when things go wrong!

Disappointed - perhaps should have gone for a DeLonghi?
A bit disappointed, but it is a step up from my Tassimo, although I think I should have gone for a DeLonghi. A friend put it quite succinctly when they said "Beko aren't known for their coffee machines". This is the second one I have received, the first one had a fault on the milk frother and we had to send it back. Beko were VERY unhelpful and said they would send a new milk frother about three weeks ago. Didn't come. I spoke to Amazon CS and they were exceptional and sent a replacement full coffee machine the next day. So what about the actual machine.. Coffee quality is OK, still working on finding the sweet spot with how fine to grind. There are a number of different options, although I am finding that the coffee amount on all of the options is lower than expected. An espresso is not quite a full espresso size. I find if I want a cappucino, I do a full cappo with the milk and then need to top it up with a ristretto. Easy enough to use - although the coffee warmer doesn't really work at all, so it isn't really worth having it on there. My husband does most of the coffee making and he's happy - he likes a strong Americano, so for him it is double bean and works. I have considered sending it back and exchanging for a DeLonghi - but I think I will still feel a bit disappointed and to be honest I might as well keep what I have. Is it value for money? I don't think so to be honest, my Tassimo was good enough but I really wanted to up my coffee game and this doesn't actually hit the mark. Haven't tried cleaning it as yet, because we only make one or two a day but the descaler has just come up so I will see how that goes. Water capacity is pretty good. All in all - it's OK, but I won't be inviting all my friends around for a coffee morning, as I can't rely on it being a good result.

Good coffee machine.
Decent coffee for its price. Makes different type of coffee at press of the touch screen display. Easy to clean.

One of my best purchases ever!
After spending what felt like a lifetime trying to choose a suitably priced machine that met all of my requirements in function, visual appeal, ease of cleaning, ease of use, and quality, I finally settled on this little gem. (Shout out to user pauslon1 who convinced me to treat myself to this one when helpfully answering my question about cup size) I've since made myself and family a variety of different drinks and everyone really enjoyed the taste of a proper bean to cup coffee. I spent a bit of time researching what coffee beans would be most suitable for our drink preferences (we are milky latte/cappuccino people) and settled on some nice creamy medium roast beans. I also bought the Monin caramel syrup which was a great tasting addition to my latte. It took a bit of experimenting to figure out the best method for getting a full standard mug (pressing the function once gives you about half a mug worth of drink) whether we should just press the button twice or whether to customise our coffee to milk ratios. But with the help of the handy guide sheet as well as the more indepth manual instructions it was quite easy to play around with and figure out. I bought a short 380ml travel mug and it just about fits underneath the coffee dispenser and the milk spout without room to spare so that's definitely the absolute max size cup you could have, but it's worth knowing that it's possible to get at least some kind of travel mug under there even if only a smaller one. Cleaning it all out is easy enough (make sure you removing the packaging from inside the machine too as I forgot to do this at first and it made a bit of a mess). It's a little noisy but honestly I've used many louder machines in the past, they all are noisy to some degree, this one is quite tolerable. I wanted a machine with a good variety of drink options to make and other than more expensive machines like Philips or Siemens this one had the best screen/drink options for the price. I'm sure I've missed out many of its positive qualities, but overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase and look forward to many years of good coffee!

Coffee is Cold
Really disappointed. The coffee is cold. I have to warm the water and warm the milk before making coffee so its warm enough to drink. Which completely defeats the purpose. Makes nice coffee. Pity it comes out cold. I wouldn't recommend it.
