Do not purchase these they are not legal after having a meeting with a specialist team for my dad, I said I had one. They said do not use!

Not clear I thought it was a proper power of attorney this is only if you have capacity and does not cover your wishes if you lose capacity or even if you die . Very disappointed I now need to buy a proper one
