Bought this as an accessory for my karcher pressure washer. I use it to wash our extensive outdoor tiled areas and it works great. Also works great on mildewy concrete floors in the carport AND on the vertical painted concete walls of our house. The best feature by far is how it contains any overspray so you dont get dirt all over adjacent surfaces. It also leaves behind a nice clean swath so you can easily see where you have already cleaned. I find that I do have to switch back to the wand for the final rinsing away of the dirt but the bulk of the cleaning is achieved with the surface cleaner. The brush ring that rests on the surface when using it IS pretty stiff and glides over relatively smooth unbroken surfaces but I wouldn't use it for very rough surfaces as it IS plastic and probably wouldn't last long bouncing over cobbles or rough, heavily textured tile, IMO. Otherwise its a great tool.
