Smaller Than Expected

These are quite delicious
I didn't use vanilla beans the way most people so. I ground them up in my coffee grinder and added the whole ground beans to my coffee. Some bit float and some bits sink. The floaty bits look pretty and make my coffee kind of exotic and the flavor is fantastic. It's even better when I let the beans sit for a bit in the liquid and make an iced coffee after it cools. I started using vanilla beans this way because I was curious about how to use the whole beans because of the nutritional properties of vanilla.
